In our risk management and front line programs, our goal is to manage workers compensation risk before the claim occurs. These programs are customized for each employer from information gleaned from consulting with employers, and their risk managers, and our years of defense experience.Making a false or fraudulent workers' compensation claim is a felony subject to up to five years in prison or a fine of up to $50,000.00 or double the fraud, whichever is greater, or by both imprisonment and fine.
